English Channel Study Abroad (a trading name of English Channel Consultancy LLP) is a study abroad consultancy that helps students find the right courses, universities, scholarships, and visa pathways for their international education goals. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean English Channel Consultancy LLP.
2. Our Services
We offer guidance and support, including but not limited to:
- Course and university matching based on your profile and goals.
- Country selection and program comparison.
- Scholarship and funding information.
- Visa documentation guidance and application support.
- Pre-departure orientation, accommodation referrals, and forex guidance.
Our services are advisory in nature. We do not directly grant admissions, visas, or scholarships — those decisions rest entirely with the relevant universities, consulates, and granting bodies.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we work hard to maximize your chances of success, we cannot and do not guarantee admission to any university, approval of any visa, award of any scholarship, or any specific outcome. All such decisions are made by independent third parties based on their own criteria.
4. Your Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
- Submit genuine documents and academic records.
- Respond to our communications and meet stated deadlines.
- Pay any agreed-upon fees on time, if applicable.
- Treat our team and partner institutions with respect.
Submitting false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services and forfeiture of any fees paid, and you may be liable for losses caused.
5. Fees and Payment
Initial consultations are typically free. Where fees apply (such as application processing, premium support packages, or third-party service charges), they will be disclosed clearly in writing before you commit. All fees are non-refundable once services have begun, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the English Channel name, design elements, animations, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of it without our written permission.
