We started because honest guidance was hard to find
Choosing where and what to study abroad is one of the biggest decisions a student ever makes. For years, accurate and honest guidance on it has been surprisingly hard to come by. English Channel Study Abroad was founded in 2018 to fix that.

Abdul Gafoor is the founder and Managing Director of English Channel Study Abroad. A graduate of Cardiff Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom, he pairs first-hand experience of studying abroad with a background in overseas education and financial consultancy.
He has mentored and supported thousands of students into higher education abroad, earning a reputation for professionalism, integrity, transparency, and results-driven service.
He started English Channel out of something he lived through himself. As an international student, he saw how little reliable, student-first guidance there was — so he built the company to give students the ethical, accurate, end-to-end support he wished he'd had. Under his leadership it has become a trusted partner for students and families across leading study destinations.
