Once your visa is stamped, we sit down with you — in person at our Calicut, Kochi or Dubai office, or over a call — and work through a checklist built around your course, your country and your travel date. We talk you through the documents to keep ready, the answers to give honestly, and the common slip-ups that hold students up. We also cover the practical first-week things — SIM cards, bank accounts, transport and finding your campus — so the new country feels a little less unfamiliar.

- When should I start preparing to leave?
- As soon as your visa is approved and your travel dates are fixed. A couple of weeks gives you room to sort documents, forex and packing without rushing, but we can run a session at shorter notice if your flight is close.
- What should I keep in my hand luggage?
- Your passport with the visa, your university offer or CAS or I-20, financial and accommodation proof, and any medical or vaccination records your destination asks for. During the orientation we give you a checklist specific to your country so nothing important ends up in checked baggage.
- Do you help once I have landed?
- Yes. Pre-departure and post-arrival support are two halves of the same service — we help with airport pickup and accommodation and stay reachable while you settle in. Ask us about post-arrival support when we plan your departure.
- Can I attend at any of your offices?
